NPM eslint-scope 3.7.3 404 錯誤

最近接觸一個 React 相關的案子，由於客戶有指定開發環境，因此必須按照他們提供的 package.json 建立。

在執行 npm install 時，發生以下錯誤。

npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@types/eslint-scope/-/eslint-scope-3.7.3.tgz
npm ERR! 404
npm ERR! 404  '@types/eslint-scope@^3.7.0' is not in the npm registry.
npm ERR! 404 You should bug the author to publish it (or use the name yourself!)
npm ERR! 404 It was specified as a dependency of 'webpack'
npm ERR! 404
npm ERR! 404 Note that you can also install from a
npm ERR! 404 tarball, folder, http url, or git url.

上 Stack Overflow 搜尋後，雖然情境不太一樣，但是後來透過 npm login 這個指令登入了 npm 之後，再次執行 npm install 就解決了。
